As a key member of our HR team, you will support various people operations activities and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide high-level support for all employee inquiries.
HR Administration
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Coordinate essential HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters and change notifications.
  • Oversee employee data in our HR system ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline HR processes and eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our company intranet and HR documents.
Employee Relations
  • Triage employee inquiries efficiently responding within a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies and benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar platforms is desired.
