Accelerating the Human Condition

Our organization is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our human resources-related duties on a professional level and collaborate closely with our HR Manager and VP of HR in supporting our HR function.

This position carries out responsibilities in:

  • Updating HR policies and procedures
  • Benefits administration
  • Employee relations
  • Training maintenance and assistance
  • Performance management
  • Onboarding
  • Policy implementation
  • Recruitment
  • Diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Helping define and improve our work culture and employment law compliance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US human resources management. We are looking for someone who can fit well into our tight-knit team.

As an integral part of our team, this role involves implementing human resources programs by providing services such as talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in US human resources management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with HR software and systems
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
