Job Title

This role is crucial in supporting the organization's human resource management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent tactical day-to-day operations related to HR Operations and Administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage pre-employment activities, orientation, and probationary periods.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Admin, Finance, IT departments to facilitate employee onboarding.
  • Assist in drafting employment notices, including regularization, termination, and account creation/endorsement.
  • Manage offboarding processes for employees leaving the organization, including records management and asset return.
  • Ensure speedy resolution of employee concerns related to benefits administration and claims.
  • Handle statutory benefits, regulatory compliances, and government loan applications.
  • Monitor company-initiated benefits and ensure 100% service delivery.
  • Manage attendance and leave, collate timesheets, and partner with the Payroll Team for payroll processing and report generation.
  • Support timekeeping and payroll challenges, and maintain accurate employee records in HR Systems.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience in HR and Recruitment Administration.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
