Workday Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday expert to provide technical support and configuration services for various Workday modules, primarily Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday Compensation and Benefits, along with experience in integrations, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The Role:

  • Support and configure Workday modules to meet business needs and deliver scalable system solutions
  • Maintain the functionality of enterprise applications by resolving incidents, making system enhancements, and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Contribute to software design, integration, data conversion, and performance monitoring within an Agile DevOps team

The Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in Workday, especially in modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Core Connectors
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR modules and integrations (REST/SOAP) is highly valued, along with a solid understanding of how Workday integrates with other enterprise systems like SAP
