Job Summary:

As a key member of the Blims Lifestyle Group Inc. team, the Regional Sales Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expansion within their assigned area. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing and leading a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to the sales strategy as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned area.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets, working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

• Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.

• Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on customer needs and preferences, contributing to enhancing our product offerings.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential growth areas.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
