About the RoleThe Insurance Operations Application Support role at Hunter's Hub Inc. involves providing technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Log and track incidents, problems, and service requests using our ticketing system.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year experience as an Application Support or related IT role.
- Proficient in SQL and Scripting.
- Knowledge of insurance operations and financial services.
