Job Summary:

The Insurance Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing analysis, process normalization, and review of reinsurance submission data, setting up Property pricing models, creating comparisons to expiring contract wording, and documenting files in the directory after business is bound.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
  2. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Requirements:

  • At least two to three years of experience in the Insurance industry (preferably with working knowledge in Property Insurance).
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
