Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow HRSD catalog with admin-level configuration experience.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using various tools and systems.
  • Own and administer Microsoft Power Platform tools for business process automation and reporting.
  • Support access provisioning and maintenance for global applications.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing for technology rollouts and ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and deliver training materials and how-to guides for HR tools and processes.
  • Provide expert technical support and process automation assistance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow as an HRSD admin with configuration expertise.
  • Experience with data analytics and supporting multiple media platforms.
  • Microsoft Power Platform application configuration and development skills.
