System Operations Manager
About the Role:
This role is accountable for maintaining high levels of business system experience, resulting in highly satisfied & engaged internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will provide level 1-2 support to end-users regarding system-related issues, configure and maintain business systems as required, and troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Additional responsibilities include performing system upgrades and installations, monitoring data quality and system utilisation/adoption, and collaborating with internal teams to implement new technology solutions and enhance existing systems.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in systems support roles or similar positions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
- 1-2 years' Salesforce Admin experience using Sales & Service Cloud.
- Experience managing tickets using Jira.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT systems (Salesforce, Intercom, etc).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Sales commission management.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- SaaS/Fintech experience.
