Job Description

We are hiring a high-potential team member with excellent drive and communication skills to take on the role of a Sales Representative, covering field work across Manila and Mindanao areas. The incumbent will ensure promotional and sales strategies are implemented successfully in all National Accounts and work with customers to increase share of space and encourage sales growth.

This hands-on role requires the incumbent to work independently, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a valid driving license for field work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving annual sales targets for Mercury stores within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure directives are implemented according to plan in all National Accounts.
  • Timely implementation of promotional activities planned by the Headquarters.
  • Responsible for stock availability for all customers.
  • Conduct van rides with Distributor partners.
  • Guide and educate Distributor Field Sales Team (DFST) during van rides.
  • Implement company programs/projects in Traditional Trade markets.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Improve in-store share of space to increase sales volume.
  • Provide feedback on issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop counter strategies with the Key Account Manager.
