- Proven Success: Proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in digital marketing environments.
- Cold Email Expertise: Experienced in cold email outreach using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in A/B testing, prospect list building, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive communicator, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Cultural Knowledge: Familiarity with Swiss and Dutch business cultures.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience generating leads for digital marketing.
