We're hiring
motivated sales professionals
to join a leading financial institution as
Junior Sales Executives
. In this role, you will work closely with bank staff to offer life insurance and financial solutions to existing and potential clients.

Your role:

  • Promote life insurance and investment-related products to walk-in clients and existing bank customers
  • Build strong relationships with bank officers and staff to generate leads and close sales
  • Provide customer support for policy servicing and claims assistance
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Submit reports and attend weekly alignment meetings with sales leaders and branch teams
  • Share insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Preferably has background in banking or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools
