The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting entrepreneurs with solutions that transform their businesses.

As the first point of contact, you will set appointments directly impacting both client success and company growth.

You will work closely with a serial entrepreneur and a high-performing team that's redefining founder operations with world-class Executive Assistants and AI.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls
  • Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments
Your Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients on various social media platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic email outreach campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calling to high-value prospects
  • Creative prospecting across multiple channels
Daily Tasks:
  • Respond to messages within 2 hours, converting conversations to calls
  • Multichannel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close
  • Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records in CRM
