Architect Leader

Shape the Architectural Vision of a Tech-Driven Enterprise.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap.

Key responsibilities include making high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence, and governing and overseeing architecture review processes and lifecycle standards.

Additionally, you will partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions.

You will mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth, promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement, and align team resources with organizational priorities and key projects.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture and 5+ years in a leadership role
