Marketing Content Manager Job Summary

This role involves generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and cementing the organization as the trusted voice of safe AI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads and influencing the annual pipeline through targeted programs. They will also equip sellers and account executives with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow average contract value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing programs to drive qualified leads and increase pipeline growth.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns to support sales efforts and grow average contract value.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end programs.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • A proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
