We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media channels, drive real business results, and accelerate growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven and experienced B2B performance marketer with at least 5 years of experience. You will own and scale campaigns across key platforms, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads and ensure brand reach.
About the Role
As our Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies. You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, building and managing full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Paid Channels: Optimize campaigns across key platforms to drive conversions and lower CAC.
- Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns to generate qualified leads and demos.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4 and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies to maximize pipeline generation.
- Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics and creatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
