We are seeking an Intake Specialist to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and be proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and input relevant client information into our case management system.
  • Evaluate potential claims by gathering details about plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
  • Create leads based on the gathered information.
  • Assign leads to Account Executives.
  • Provide excellent caller experience to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Home Office Requirements:

  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or higher.
  • Noise cancelling headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection and Power Outage Backup.
  • Dual Monitor.
