Job Title: Disaster Relief Customer Service Specialist

MCI seeks a skilled and empathetic individual to work in a temporary, remote position supporting disaster relief efforts. As a Disaster Relief Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers affected by disasters, providing exceptional customer service and support during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide updates to customers.
  • Provide empathy and understanding to customers who have been affected by disasters, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
