The Service Delivery Leader is responsible for supporting and motivating their team to achieve client goals. This includes answering associate questions, issues, and customer escalations while ensuring quality customer experience on every call.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, and work closely with your team to create and maintain a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.
