About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Leader to join our team at Okada Manila. As an ITIL process governance specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ITIL-based processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective IT service management strategies to drive high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead teams in managing service levels, tracking KPIs, and following through issue resolutions that impact service availability and performance.
  • Drive continual improvement of IT services, processes, and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and reduce inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification; ITIL Expert or Practitioner certification is preferred.
  • Certifications related to audit and compliance (e.g., CISA, ISO 20000 Auditor).
  • At least 5 years' experience in IT service management, including proven track record in managing ITSM processes and coordinating audit activities.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
