About the Job:

This role involves leading the development and execution of capacity planning strategies to meet client needs. You'll work closely with WFM managers and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within the workforce management and scheduling environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing capacity planning strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with WFM managers and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity and implementing innovative forecasting planning solutions.
  • Providing leadership and direction to scheduling analysts to drive efficiency and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years call center experience and 2 years WFM/scheduling experience.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and WFM Software utilized by projects being managed.
