Are you an experienced Construction Planner/Programmer looking for a challenging new role? As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients to help them manage their growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting, using your knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions, and prepare clear, accurate program reports for clients.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective time management.

You should have:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
