Construction Software SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Software Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing construction project management software to support internal operations and ensure smooth project execution.

This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of construction workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration, proficiency in Excel, and excellent data organization skills.

The successful Construction Software Specialist will work closely with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution and maintain accurate documentation and user guides for best practices.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the construction tech space, collaborate with a dynamic internal operations team, and work 100% remotely.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system
  • Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting)
  • Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bonus Skills:
  • SOP creation
  • Automation tools (Zapier/Make)
  • Knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello
  • Basic API or CSV manipulation
