Senior Construction Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction activities across the nation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all construction projects nationwide, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Lead performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.
  • Culture Building & Team Leadership: Foster proactive problem-solving, instill discipline, and mentor teams for greater ownership.
  • Technology & Communication Improvements: Introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
