We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Programmer to support growing construction projects across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain detailed construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction programming and strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing. Proficiency in project programming tools/software and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction programming.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
