About the role

Exciting opportunity for a dynamic Architectural Apprentice to join the team at GMJ Construction Finishings', a leading construction and architectural firm based in Baguio City. As an Architectural Apprentice, you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the design and delivery of innovative construction projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting senior architects in the development of construction plans, drawings, and 3D models
  2. Conducting all day site consultation and measurements monitoring workers programs and tasks.
  3. Participating in project meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  4. Assisting senior architects that remotely monitor a site in Angeles, Pampanga
  5. Creating weekly progress reports for supervisors and seniors to review and make programs for the following week
  6. Creating an inventory report of consumed materials and labor costs for expense monitoring

What we're looking for

  1. Recently completed an architecture degree or diploma program. Site supervision experience of at least 6 months in the same industry (Preferred)
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  3. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  5. Enthusiasm for the construction industry and a passion for creating innovative architectural designs
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
