Neksjob is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, answer questions, and provide information about Neksjob's products or services
  • Troubleshoot problems, resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be willing to undergo training and development opportunities to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • At least High School graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate (new curriculum)
  • With 5 months below Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and Up
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Excellent communication skills
