Job Description

About the Role

This role involves responding to incoming calls, answering questions, and resolving problems efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and handling complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Neksjob's products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months of international voice experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
