Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Advocates who possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong academic background, preferably a 2nd-year college undergraduate or higher. Additionally, you should have at least 6 months of experience in BPO International Voice, with excellent English communication skills, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer software and hardware is also essential. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.
