Digital Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling their inquiries and requests in a timely manner. You will be the bridge between our clients and production team, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients throughout the website production process until launch.
- Act as liaison between clients and production team.
- Maintain project scope and ensure timely completion.
- Regularly report progress to clients.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer support with a focus on the US/North America market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
