Digital Mental Health Specialist Lead

About the Role

As a Digital Mental Health Specialist Lead, you will play a key role in developing innovative digital content and solutions to support mental well-being.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital products that cater to various client needs. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective digital courses, exercises, and assessments that promote mental health and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
  • Create high-quality written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials, to engage users and promote learning.
  • Contribute to product development, working closely with AI and digital mental health tools to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mental health research and trends to inform product development and improve user outcomes.
Business Engagement & Client Success

As a Digital Mental Health Specialist Lead, you will also be responsible for supporting business clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption and engagement of our digital solutions. This includes communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their mental health needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create and deliver bespoke digital products and services that meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital mental health, product development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
