Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization.


About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in financial analysis and compliance, with expertise in financial and/or accounting software. They must possess strong communication and presentation skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the accuracy and correctness of financial records and reports, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement efficient financial systems and reports, including automation initiatives, to streamline day-to-day accounting operations.
  3. Prepare and submit periodic consolidated financial statements, manage cashflow, and oversee tax reporting.
  4. Manage customer, merchant, and vendor transactions, ensuring timely delivery of commitments and seamless relationships.
  5. Collaborate with business units and project teams to analyze margins, variances, and costs.
  6. Establish and maintain processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
  7. Implement and review internal controls and processes.
  8. Oversee the external audit process.
  9. Train and develop junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of demonstrated experience in financial analysis and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in financial and/or accounting software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
