Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in providing top-notch assistance to customers using our innovative fintech platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and possess strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently within set SLAs
  • Educate internal teams on customer needs and work together to find resolutions
  • Develop expertise in B2C areas, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every decision
  • Identify trends and concerns, escalating them for continuous improvement
  • Analyze current processes and suggest improvements enhancing the customer experience or self-service capabilities
  • Requirements for Success:
  • Experience in a CS environment, preferably B2C
  • Strong communication skills with sound decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and methodical problem-solving approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Familiarity with general operations within financial services/FinTech
  • Experience working in a Financial Services or FinTech company
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Understanding of KYC and/or AML principles
