Key Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

This is a full-time job function within the Accounting/Auditing and Finance department, offering competitive compensation and flexible work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong proficiency in common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with time and project tracking solutions, like Harvest.
  • Solid understanding of US accounting practices and international financial standards.
