Dedicated Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and instant messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Keeping records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts
Qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a customer service representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
