IT Support Specialist

The role of the IT Support Specialist is crucial in ensuring seamless operations within our clients' IT environments.

This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and assistance to our diverse client base, working on a compressed work week scheme with flexible hours. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on technical support via phone or email, resolving end-user issues related to server, network, and applications technologies.

  • Provide expert-level technical support and assistance to clients via multiple communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to server, network, and applications technologies
  • Collaborate with Senior Network or System Engineers to enhance skills and contribute to team success

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT services company or corporate IT department. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.

Desired qualifications and experience include proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), creative problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and exceptional self-motivation.
