Job Opportunity

Seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and resolution of complex technical issues for our clients.

Position: Senior Technical Support Specialist

Location: Global

Work setup & shift: Flexible work setup | Night shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently resolve highly technical tasks related to software, computer and network hardware. Log in various systems to identify and fix problems or issues.
  • Review incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.
  • Undergo training to work with leading edge technology and collaborate with blue-chip multinational F&B companies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Non-negotiables

  • Graduate degree in computer science or engineering with postgraduate experience in IT or sufficient IT expertise.
  • 7+ years of experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is beneficial.
  • Active participation in testing and system validation of MES System and configuration as required.
  • History of supporting bespoke software applications is necessary.
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases and database management skills.
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, XAML, WPF, .Net Framework, SSRS Reporting, Visual Studio, Telerik tools, Windows / Network administration, IIS, Power Bi, and Data Warehouse.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Good comprehension of technical information related to software and hardware.
