Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in U.S. accounting principles, with extensive experience in the real estate industry, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, payments, and payroll, and reconciling bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In addition, the candidate will prepare detailed financial reports, generate insights on financial activities, and create charts, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders.

The role also involves analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and researching market conditions, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

The selected candidate will utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting while building and maintaining spreadsheets to streamline financial processes.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies is also a critical aspect of this role, contributing to efficient and transparent financial management.

Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Xero (certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
