As a Junior Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career QA looking to grow technical and business skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Testing and validating integrations between Aprimo and external web applications
  • Reviewing user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation
  • Verifying data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems
  • Performing functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements
  • Testing and validating BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability
  • Documenting and tracking bugs, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps or similar tools
What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Consultant with a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in software testing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and data flows
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis
  • Experience testing APIs or integrations between systems
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and API testing tools
  • Knowledge of QA automation frameworks
