About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and eager to learn and grow with our organization.

As a Junior Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate integrations between our platform and external web applications.
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (internships, school projects welcome).
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
