About This Role

This role is a key part of our software development team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards in software development and implementation, guaranteeing effectiveness of the assurance process and tools.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to discuss requirements and determine tasks.
  • Provide guidance and technical instruction to junior engineers on Extreme Programming.
  • Design, develop, and maintain related infrastructure and platform according to client requirements.
  • Execute tests to verify results, identify defects, and ensure compliance.
  • Review functional, design, and data specifications to derive use cases and test plans.
  • Write test scripts, use cases, queries, and plans to achieve quality assurance objectives.
