We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of creative experts. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and proposing measures to correct or improve the quality of customer requests.

Your primary focus will be conducting quality assurance and reviews on the work produced by others. You will scrutinize customers' requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to established standards.

Maintain high productivity and efficiency, reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift. Examine customers' concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance our outputs.

Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests, focusing on client instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and general industry standards.

Adhere to established procedures while utilizing platform functionalities correctly. Collaborate closely with your teammates and coordinator to streamline the handling of the review queue efficiently.

Generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and quality of clients' requests. Actively offer feedback to the coordinator regarding quality control processes, contributing to ongoing enhancements.

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of client services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the creative industry, coupled with a constant drive to stay informed on evolving trends.
