Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our software products.

You will design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and identify potential areas of risk.

Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports using appropriate tools and processes.

Analyze test results and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality assurance best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or testing
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing tools and techniques
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and iterative testing cycles
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
