Job Overview

About This Position

The successful candidate will ensure the quality of software products by monitoring adherence to quality standards, implementing effective assurance processes, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality processes and tools in software product development.
  • Participate in sprint planning to discuss requirements and determine tasks.
  • Provide technical instruction and guidance to junior engineers on Extreme Programming.
  • Design, develop, and maintain related infrastructure and platform according to client requirements.
  • Execute tests to compare results with requirements, verify test requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance.
  • Review functional, design, and data specifications to derive use cases and test plans.
  • Provide reference for users by writing user documentation and assisting the user acceptance process.
