Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in eClinical suite implementation and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Client, and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support.
  4. Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  5. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
