Job Responsibilities:

You will lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during their first 60 to 90 days. To achieve this, you should be able to empathize with customers, explain complex concepts clearly, and possess technical skills.

You will oversee the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, ensuring successful implementation and training of the software. You will also assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of customer-facing experience in onboarding new clients for a SaaS company
  • Payroll experience in the US, either in an implementation capacity or in managing payroll in-house
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills, and the ability to quickly learn more

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
