About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive business growth and expansion in the US market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones.

Your primary objective is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments and shortlisting profiles for review.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients through effective communication, coaching, and leadership throughout the hiring process.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing clients through targeted business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluating candidate credentials through reference checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment from reputable firms or multinational corporations.
  • Ability to effectively engage in cold calling and headhunting high-caliber candidates in a competitive landscape.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and various methodologies.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build trust and secure business.
  • A self-motivated and target-driven individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to work within the US time zone.
