Business Development Manager
">About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing property services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating project execution.
">- Act as primary contact for existing clients, handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
- Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
- Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
- Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
- Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
- Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
- Support business growth through light outreach, with room to grow into a sales role if interested.
You will be part of a close-knit, fast-moving property services team that collaborates daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. You will interact with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Experience: General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus.
