
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A university degree in business or related field is required, as is experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in client-facing roles is necessary, preferably managing the full client journey from initial lead to long-term care.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, business-oriented, and empathetic, with experience working with international clients and handling discovery calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client hiring needs.
- Present solutions confidently, ask relevant questions, and tailor approaches accordingly.
- Guide clients through every step of the process, including calibration, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Maintain communication during sourcing and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations.
- Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
