Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • A university degree in business or related field is required, as is experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in client-facing roles is necessary, preferably managing the full client journey from initial lead to long-term care.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, business-oriented, and empathetic, with experience working with international clients and handling discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client hiring needs.
  2. Present solutions confidently, ask relevant questions, and tailor approaches accordingly.
  3. Guide clients through every step of the process, including calibration, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
  4. Maintain communication during sourcing and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations.
  5. Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
