Lead Development Specialist

As a Lead Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and social media.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Qualify leads by evaluating their interest and eligibility for our products or services.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

To excel as a Lead Development Specialist, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-6 months of experience in lead generation (B2B/B2C).
  • Proven track record of generating and nurturing leads through various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
